Strawberry Soda Cupcakes
This is one of my favorite *special* cupcake recipes to make. It's kid friendly (no eggs) and perfectly safe for spoon licking.

Ingredients:
1 box of Strawberry cake mix
1 box of Strawberry jello mix
1 can of strawberry soda
*1 16 oz of frosting
Directions:
Empty the strawberry cake mix into a large mixing bowl
Stir in can of soda

Pour soda cake mix into a greased cupcake tin (I like to use liners)
Bake at 375 for approximately 12 minutes.
To check: insert toothpick into one of the cupcakes. If it comes out clean they’re done, if not
they need a little more time.
Cool 20-30 minutes before frosting.
